We offer a number of payment methods for your convenience including Apple Pay, Debit/Credit card, Bank Transfer and PayPal- we do ask that if you are using credit or debit card to pay you use either Apple pay, Link or the Credit card option and NOT the PayPal option.

Due to popular demand, we have recently added PayPal as a payment method so that our customer have access to a Buy Now, Pay Later payment method using PayPal pay in 4- however PayPal does charge us an immensely high processing fee so if you aren't using Pay in 4 it will help keep costs down for us if you could select the other card options offered if possible thank you :)

Once you've placed your order it will be reviewed and edited by Britt before being sent off as a .zip digital download file to the email address provided- downloads are NOT instant.

While we aim to have orders sent within 24hrs it may take up to 3 business days for you to receive your order ( most weekends we are shooting events and cannot process orders)- ALL orders are processed within 3 business days.

Priority delivery is available at an additional charge of $35 per order within the product store, priority turnaround is within 3 hrs if ordered before 5pm, and by 10am the next business day if ordered after 5pm.

If 3 business days have passed from the time your order confirmation email was sent and you haven't received your order, please contact us so we can find where your photos have gone.

Archival orders and orders from past events are subject to a 7 day editing turnaround time- our most recent event is given priority over others.

If you don't receive an order confirmation email within 20 minutes of paying for your order, please contact us as you may have made an error when writing your email address and if that is the case, you also won't get the download email when your photos are sent to you.

Images displayed on the website are largely unedited proof images. Edits made to the proof before the final image is delivered include cropping/"zooming in", colour correction in our signature style, basic background and horse cleanup (scrapes/scratches removed, open mouths fixed where possible etc.).

Extensive cleanup of very busy or difficult backgrounds and/or tricky correctional work that takes longer than the complimentary half hour of editing is not included as part of the standard editing process and is charged at an hourly rate based on the complexity of the edit. Please enquire via email for additional editing quotes.
